  1. – Do not forget to mention if you are currently taking any medication, have any allergies, or have had recent cosmetic procedures. This information will help us guide and treat your concern accurately.


  1. – Certain treatments require pre-treatment care and preparation. Our staff will share these details with you at the time of your appointment booking. Please make sure you follow these instructions for optimal results.


  1. – Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request a minimum notice of 24 hours. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
